Before Shipment
If defects are found during inspection, we document the findings and available evidence, work with the supplier, and coordinate rework, replacement, sorting, or another practical corrective action before shipment.
We help identify quality issues before shipment, record what was found, and coordinate practical corrective action with your suppliers when problems appear.

Quality support is available under both service plans. The scope and any additional costs depend on whether the supplier is sourced by us or provided by you.
If defects are found during inspection, we document the findings and available evidence, work with the supplier, and coordinate rework, replacement, sorting, or another practical corrective action before shipment.
When corrective work needs to be verified, we can follow the rework through and arrange a new inspection against the agreed requirements before the issue is treated as closed.
If a quality issue is discovered after delivery, we review the evidence and the affected order or shipment details and follow up with the supplier. Depending on the verified facts, the resolution may involve rework, replacement or reshipment, a documented refund where applicable, or another agreed evidence-based outcome.
Where available, we keep the agreed inspection scope, inspected quantity, findings and report evidence together with the relevant business record so later follow-up is based on what was actually inspected and recorded.
The right inspection method depends on the product, order quantity, defect risk, supplier history, and your quality requirements.
For eligible orders under both Full-Service Sourcing and Supplier Management, goods received at our warehouse can receive a complimentary general inspection before shipment.
Standard inspection follows General Inspection Level II / AQL 2.5 where appropriate, adjusted to the product and agreed quality requirements.
Where relevant, the agreed criteria, inspected quantity, findings and available report evidence are kept together so any later corrective action or reinspection can be based on the same inspection record.
For suppliers sourced and managed by us, quality follow-up is included at no additional service charge. For your own suppliers, we can still assist; logistics, travel, or reinspection costs may apply.
