Receive & Record
Match incoming cartons to the supplier or shipment and record what has arrived.
Receive goods from multiple suppliers, store them while other orders are still in production, handle repacking or labeling, and consolidate everything before shipment.
When you buy from several factories, production rarely finishes on the same day. Instead of arranging separate international shipments, suppliers can send finished goods to one China-side receiving point.
We receive incoming cargo, record what arrived, store it while the rest of the order is being completed, and prepare everything for consolidation once the project is ready to ship.
May include up to 2 months of complimentary warehousing.
May include up to 1 month of complimentary warehousing.
Warehouse receiving is not the same as a formal quality inspection. The first job is to confirm, organize and prepare the cargo so the next step is clear.

Some orders need more than storage. Our warehouse workers can help with practical manual tasks before the goods are consolidated and shipped.
Open, reorganize and repack goods when supplier packaging needs to be changed before shipping.
Combine separate products or accessories into a set before the final outbound shipment.
Apply FNSKU, barcode, carton, warning or other labels according to your shipment requirements.
Replace damaged cartons or reinforce outer packaging when the goods need better protection for transit.
Handle practical manual corrections that can reasonably be completed in the warehouse before shipment.
Separate goods by SKU, supplier, destination or shipment so the outbound cargo is easier to manage.
Straightforward rates for storage and common warehouse work after any complimentary allowance in your service plan.

Supplier A finishes this week. Supplier B finishes next week. Supplier C needs relabeling. The remaining two suppliers are still completing production.
Instead of arranging five separate international shipments, completed goods can arrive at one warehouse, wait for the remaining orders, receive the required labeling or repacking, and then leave China together.
The goal is simple: fewer moving parts for you and a cleaner handoff into the final shipping stage.
Full-Service Sourcing may include up to 2 months of complimentary warehousing, while Supplier Management may include up to 1 month. After the included period, continued storage is charged at USD 10 per CBM per month.
