BUSINESS TRAVEL, MADE PRACTICAL

Coming to China for Business?

A China business trip can quickly become complicated when several suppliers, cities, meetings and transport arrangements are involved.

We help turn those separate tasks into one practical itinerary, so you spend less time dealing with logistics and more time on the purpose of your trip.

For confirmed clients visiting China to work with us, we can also provide a business invitation letter to support a visa application where required.

Supplier & Factory Visits Are Still the Priority

For most clients, the main reason for coming to China is to understand suppliers and supply chains more clearly.

We can coordinate appointments, arrange the visiting order and accompany you during factory visits across the Pearl River Delta.

TRADE FAIRS & MARKETS

Canton Fair, Exhibitions & Manufacturing Clusters

We can support visits to the Canton Fair, industry exhibitions, wholesale markets and local manufacturing clusters.

This can include transportation, itinerary planning, supplier communication and market navigation.

If you find suitable suppliers during the trip, TreySourcing can continue supporting purchasing, quality control, warehousing, consolidation and shipping after you return home.

FROM TOUR GUIDE TO SOURCING PARTNER

Business Knowledge Meets Local Hospitality

Your itinerary needs to work around supplier locations, appointment times and travel between cities — not just a list of places to visit.

I help coordinate those practical details so the trip stays focused on what you need to accomplish.

LOCAL KNOWLEDGE

The Pearl River Delta Is Where We Know Best

Shenzhen has been Trey's home base for 13 years, giving him practical familiarity with the transport, business geography and day-to-day realities of the Pearl River Delta.

One Region, Many Manufacturing Cities

Supplier trips here often cross city boundaries. Shenzhen, Dongguan, Guangzhou, Foshan and Zhongshan can be connected in one itinerary based on factory locations, meeting times and traffic conditions — rather than treating each city as a separate trip.

Hong Kong or other Chinese cities can also be added when they make sense for the itinerary.

Tailored Around Your Trip

There is no fixed package because every trip is different.

Pricing depends on the number of days, locations, transportation needs and level of support required.

FAQ

China Business Trip Support

01Can you provide an invitation letter for my China visa?

For established clients with an ongoing working relationship with TreySourcing, we can normally provide a business invitation letter where required. For prospective clients with a serious and clearly defined cooperation plan, an invitation may also be considered after discussion and verification. Other requests are reviewed case by case because the inviting party may carry compliance and administrative responsibilities. Visa approval always remains subject to the relevant authorities.

02Can you arrange pickup and local transportation?

Yes. Pickup and transportation can be arranged from airports, high-speed railway stations, Shenzhen border crossings and Shekou Port, together with travel between hotels, suppliers, exhibitions and other appointments.

03Can you accompany me to suppliers, factories, trade fairs and wholesale markets?

Yes. These are core parts of the service. We can coordinate appointments, plan the route, accompany you in English, and support supplier communication during factory visits, the Canton Fair, other exhibitions, wholesale markets and manufacturing clusters.

04Do you provide English-speaking support?

Yes. Trey communicates directly with overseas clients in English and also speaks Cantonese, which is especially useful across Guangdong and Hong Kong.

05Can hotels, restaurants and sightseeing be included?

Yes. Hotels can be planned around the business route, restaurants and local food can be arranged, and sightseeing can be added when the schedule allows.

06How should I prepare for internet access and payments in China?

Arrange reliable mobile data before arrival through international roaming, an eSIM or a suitable local SIM. If your work depends on specific overseas online services, check access in advance and prepare an appropriate connectivity solution. Alipay and Weixin Pay are widely used for everyday payments and can support eligible international bank cards. A backup bank card and some RMB cash are still useful.

07Should I buy travel insurance before coming to China?

Yes. We strongly recommend arranging comprehensive travel insurance before departure, ideally covering medical treatment, personal accident, emergency evacuation or repatriation, delays or cancellation, baggage and personal liability where available. For eligible Mainland China itineraries, we can also help arrange additional China-side travel accident coverage where appropriate.

08Can I drive in Mainland China with my overseas driver's license?

Not directly. Mainland China drives on the right, and an overseas driver's license — including licenses issued in Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan — cannot by itself be used to drive on Mainland China roads. Short-term visitors may apply for a Chinese provisional driving permit, while an International Driving Permit is not valid for driving in Mainland China. For most clients, the simpler option is to let us arrange local transportation around the business itinerary.

09Do I need to be an existing TreySourcing client?

No. Existing sourcing clients are the main focus, but standalone China business trip support may also be available depending on the schedule and requirements.
